SPP allows to draw pictures, text, lines and rectangles into external or offscreen areas. Additional calls allows to get font info and width of a string.
SPP is light and fast external that draws immediately to its destination. Drawn object cannot be modified later.
Drawing destination can be either external area in 4D form or external offscreen area. External area can return its content into 4D picture variable.
